The R place...
Difficult one as its not supposed to be discussed on forums. Not sure why the secret, as its been there for years and there is a club you can join too.
I used to be a member and go there every so often. The atmostphere for non-members can be a little frosty to say the least.
Would be much easier if the membership was the same as the Bull Track and not twice as much. Or it would be even easier if you could just pay to ride, but the chap that runs it has not fancied that historically.
Unique venue with beatifully crafted jumps and something for everyone. Its a one off and really very good, but can get repetative if your there all the time - hence not wanting to join the club again.
Anyone else got anything to add on this one? |

the r place is always looking for new members I think its about £45 a term
Steve dose not like you useing the place more than 2 or 3 times a year if your not a member as ever one else has to pay so thats where he draws the line
I is also with Rob on the point that it is a very good place but once you done one jump you have done them all there all so simular
I dont go there offten cause there nowt there that i find challeging it is good for some xc with the odd dh run as well
if you want to go just try it then join the club and it is not to frosty |

Been riding there a bit lately. Good vibe, good bunch. Really helping my riding, was down there this am for a few hours. To be honest there is something for everyone, but unless your willing to start hitting the doubles you'll run out of stuff to do quickly. _________________
