What is the thought on the current dirt line?

It has been mentioned that it could make better use of the gradient but wondered whether an A-line style run of large table-tops would increase the 'one more go' factor?

Reckon a lot more could be squeezed out of the trail  Cool

So much more could be made of that run in my opinion! After battling your way round the single track it would be nice to have a reward of a flowing trail with some grin inducing jumps, but thats not what's currently there. Table tops would be wise as everyone can ride them, but the whole trail needs reworking and should be made much longer!

Be longer, better jumps, better maintained (Those breaking bumps that the piss), berms need sorting (Mainly the last one). = Even more fun. Very Happy

It's pretty good for fun anyway but that would make it win.

It needs some cues from Wales/ Scotland as at the moment its just pants- it needs some features like you'd find in Glentress or Cym Carn. It needs to have FLOW.
Ok, it dosent have downhills like these places and nowhere near the same run time, but you can still do alot with whats there...

Needs to be longer, bigger, maybe a step up to NS to drop included?

Lots of potential to extend it there.

Oh and a bit better maintained, the lips are just non-existant.

Yep but you can't touch it without the Forestry Comission having a shit-fit.

Exactly.

Maybe there would be some way of organising a build day where we get as many people together as we can, and dig dig dig.

It'd have to all be all run through the FC. If you didn't they'd claim it's dangerous and shut it down.

When it was still with the clib there it was a lot easier (in a way) to try sort something like this out.

I thought a line of huge table-tops would work well in many ways. Air junkies get their air time, beginners can roll them and table-tops are fairly safe.

If the FC could get truck loads of dirt and pile them on designated spots, we could get a dig day sorted to shape em up.  Cool
