I find it funny how Rob posts a video with lots of nice riding footage and everyone goes and comments on the wrist!! It did look nasty though...

Only about 20 hours of stuff from Rotherfield, PORC, Esher and so on.
It's all from a few years back now though, so a lot of the trails have changed a fair bit.
If you want to progress then the best thing is to film yourself, as you can then have a look and see what you look like in comparison to other riders. It really helps to see this and adapt your riding to what works.
I have got tape-fulls if you want it though.
