yeh heff/heffers is also known as foliage as well btw so tahts where the foliage comes from!
and his lycra clad self probably thinks its amusing to annoy you
i have to say i personally find it quite amusing when hes screaming n ur trying to kick him off...
humour makes singletrack go faster:) |

to hear his statements and then to watch you chase hin down and hear him squeal and say
"I'm abit fagging emotional right now!" when i get him wet by jumping into the puddles as he tries to avoide them

group ride is in the books somewhen then;
plus we can start getting rele fit for france haha seeing as i think we may go up a fair bit of the time before we come down
real pleasure of trails; feeling the burn!!!
