Tun Wells commonHave been for a pedal around on the common and noticed a lot of smallish trees have been pulled over arkwardly to partially block paths etc (particually the best ones to ride). Is directly aimed at stopping bikers?
Just be warned if you're over there not to go hacking it down there too quick without checking the line is clear!

Could be chavs but seemed almost too strategically placed (blind corner before ditch)...
Speaking of the common is anyone interested in clearing some new lines before the undergrowth kicks off again?

I'm up for helping. Want to start taking the DMR out in the eve's now its getting lighter, so the more lines the better.

Have a couple of single-hit gaps in mind (probably more for the full suss). Might go there this week before it gets too rainy again.

Picking up an old topic here but just to warn people who use the Tunny Wells common I hit a strategically placed log in a flat out corner this morning and used my head/arm as a brake. Maybe best to walk sections before riding them?

Its on one of the main trails when you head from the cricket club house down towards the pantiles. The corner has long grass and ferns which doesn't help ( is not long after you cross the ditch). Moved that log in the side but reckon there could be others.

Got a feeling they might be strategically placed - that's not the first time this has happened, though usually it's a huge branch so you can see it in advance.
