Softwarewhat software does everyone use for making DVD's..well the videos to go on the DVD's.
ordered my graphics card so i will be able to actually run some bigger apps without losing everything.

Premier is the king pin for editing. Is it complex?
We used Magix edit pro (£25). Did the job but some of the advanced featues didn't work properly. If you're on a tight budget it's well worth a look though.
Looking for new software at the mo as well.

Premier is bloody brilliant, if your loaded...
I use Pinnacle Hollywood FX, which i'd say is the best you can get without spending stupid amounts...
I've used photoshop for a bit of video editing in the past, de-interlacing it all, but that takes ages...

i think i'll just use Premier then.
you don't always have to spend large ammounts of cash for it

Does anyone know whether Final Cut is available on PC? Did some work for some guys who use that. They were all rigged up with Apples though

final cut is only for macs
its what bjorn enja uses for the latest kranked movie.same as premiere pro for pc though.

Ought to be good enough then! Isn't it what Jamie & Darcy used for the collective and ROAM (and are probably using for four seasons)?

Yeah think that's what the Collective use as well.
Can anyone recommend some good software for around the £60 mark? Am looking to upgrade now but don't want to spend the earth if poss.
