Where has the shore been damaged ?

Agh bummer yes. Instead of riding this summer I have been clearing up mess  Evil or Very Mad

We had two spots; a private shore spot and a hidden dirt spot on common land. To cut a long story short some kids took it on themselves to demolish the main line of jumps (which i had spent all winter on) to build their own (BMX ones). When we decided to stop the invasion before it went any further, it seemed like a good idea for them to trash the whole area, and then proceed to break into the private shore spot and wreck most of that too.

Obviously a scum skirmish seemed like a nice revenge but decided to play it legally and get the police involved to which has been of little benifit so far. Always pays to do things the right way...

It was going to be a play spot for those who kindly help support the forums.

It just shows what a sad, self-serving society we live in really.

That's hard news Ben. Must be gutting to see all your hard work ruined by people who are so horrible. I'm glad you tried to sort it out the legal way. If the police don't care, how about writing to your local councillor and saying how rubbish the police were about it (and that you are trying to promote sport in the local area in a safe and happy way!).

BMXers... what have they got against other people having fun?!

It's not just BMXers it the vast majority of people nowadays.

And sorry to hear what happened guys, seeing as it sounds like you worked so hard to make it for people to use, and then it gets trashed.
