Marzocchi DJ2sGot some DJ2s I'm thinking about trying out. I read something here http://www.mtbr.com/cat/older-cat...jumper-ii/PRD_362989_1525crx.aspx on the forth review about takin a spring out as an adustment.
Looks like it would work. Should I expect any adverse effects? (seems like a bit of a bodge in order to make the forks softer).

Sounds as if it would work buddy.
Don't want to be held responsible though
Anyone else have advice?

I've been riding the DJ2s and they're far from plush. They ride ok but somehow I can hear and feel that single spring squishing about in there and there. There's no weight difference between those and the double crown JuniorTs so I'm going to switch them back to see the difference.

I may have been when I wrote those posts, but tinkering with the bike is more a case of a fixation rather than boredom.
