It just isn't Wales......or Scotland for that matter. Thanks to your links and thoughts on the Ashdown forest, we knocked together an e-mail with the links to ask what their thoughts were on mountainbiking on the forest. Over a month later we still haven't heard a squeak (which to me suggests they aren't interested). Going out for a ride at the local woods you're greeted with 'no cycling' signs. How are we meant to enjoy the sport without the freedom needed to enjoy it?

Will have another go. Don't know whether it needs an e-petition or whether its a too flimsy subject for that. The trouble is my email wasn't exactly poetry and fairly short, so it probably was ignored for that Basically put what the links were about and asked what their views/opinions were.

Could try that as don't think local newspaper 'whinge story' would work

If you want me to read over it for a second opinion then send it over to my email address
