Was interested to see how much time people get to ride during the average week (including weekends). Where do we draw the line between not enough riding, average and hardcore?

i ride everyday and spend well over 36hrs a weeks riding/maintaining

monday-6hrs bmx(saffron+hertford bowls)+herts maintain
tues-7hrs corby bmx
wed-5hrs herts
thurs-3hrs maintain herts
today-ride herts
tmrw-all day herts riding
sunday-all day herts

i decided to take a years average.

during the winter it is less but the summer is more. so yeh about 6-12 woul be a reasonable average timne spent. but then during the summer i often strip down bits of the bike to give them a good going avoer so i still spend some time with the bike.

abruce

used to be a minimum of 17 hours a week... (and abut 22 hours a week in summer), but right now its too bloody cold and it only 3 hours a week if that.... i really can't wait for summer.

Entered in the 2-6 mainly cos of averages in the summer. At the mo i virtually don't ride at all. Have spent most of the time digging! Suppose the digging/ maintainance is still putting time into the sport though. Jedi i call that rubbing in in...

There's a sweet bowl just up the road from where i'm staying atm so am going to have to get some concrete riding in soon Wink
