Filming tips/techniques.

Get the most out of filimg/editing the footage from the bike sesh!

Whatever tips and ideas you have discovered/read about that have enhanced your filming or editing, post them up!

eg: Have discovered filming a drop fom a low perspective sraight on illiminates the height of the drop. If you film a drop from straight on, get the cam to the same level as the take-off or higher if possible, and it is bound to look much better!

Between longer panning shots, keep things fresh with tight static shots, eg a low shot using a wide angle which displays just the wheels passing, also use foliage close to the track for focus shifting shots.

If you can't hold a camera still when it needs to be USE A TRIPOD! The amount of my clips that have been rendered uselsss due to unnecessary shakiness is unbelievable.

Always think new. Dont let yourself fall into the routine of getting the same angles or shots on all your footage. Inovate and put yourself out to get experimental shots that have good potential.
