Enduro SX or Reign X0?Have started looking into the options for a new rig and needed some advice....
The Enduro SX is very popular and well known as a well built all-round bike.
The Reign X0 I know less about, but Giant's Maestro linkage is meant to be tops atm. What do you guys reckon?

i'd find it hard to chose between the two myself. but the Enduro has always had a more "hardcore" look about it. which probably isn't helped by being increadebly similar to the SX Trail.
so i'm going to say the Reign.

Do you know of any mag reviews? I know I shouldn't be so cautious but haven't heard all that much about it....

Cheers buddy. Looks very rosy overall. I know there are several different versions, but being based around the same frame can't go far wrong! (the version in the 3rd link is the one I'm looking at)...

I prefer the four bar rear end and have an 08 SX, have ridden the Reign but found it a bit unresponsive, probably better at all day slogs if built light as it has a good platform but I prefer the DHX/four bar

That's a beut That paint job is for the custom build only i believe?
How does the linkage compare with the FSR? (Have an FSR swingarm on the Norco ATM).

Yeah custom, paid £1450 for the frame and fork and added the bits I already had, didn't think that the full built bike really had another grands worth of kit on it.
As for the comparison, I don't know, similar?

How long have you had the speedball seatpost? I've recently bought one but heard they can develop problems after mud & damp. Have mine covered with some inner tube.

Havent had any problems with damp, but the clamp did break during the warrenty period.
Great for solo riding when everyone else would be faffing, but truly I prefer Thomson for general riding
