Anyone interested in a day at chicksandsIs anyone interested ? as i haven't been there for sometime and i will try to go up in the near future , for a day's riding on the 4x course ,dual slalom , dirt jump etc.

Don't worry mate there are quite a few in your position. There will most likely be an arranged meeting point at a certain time to make it easy (?)

when you thinking of going? i would like to go but saturdays are hard for me, ive been once before and it was pretty good. i went by my self and it would have been good with friends.

I would like to go again - only been once. What bike would you reccommend bringing the kona stinky or the flow? (bear in mind i probably wouldn't do the dirt jumps even if i brought the flow)

With all this interest i will sort a date out , would you prefer weekdays or weekends ? I went up last time in the week and it was empty , andd had a great day riding everything from the shore to the 4x track and dual slalom course without anyone getting in the way .

was up there last saturday and it was dead quiet. really strange, particular as everyone knew that saturday was the last day of sunshine for a while!
if people go at the weekend i will try to be there, otherwise i'm working!

tis cheapish... train to london victoria/charing cross, then bike through london or get the circle line around. train to arseley (sounds about right), and then a loooooong ride (unless you can get someone to pick you up?). Then a fiver to ride.
