It's true I had a small run at lunchtime a few months ago but when I told Ween he called me a 'homo' and I'm still having trouble with that (although, you should have seen him in tears about having to pedal up a hill in Wales).
I take it as a compliment that you think I'd consider something like that but I'd rather be on the bike. 12 miles of running? the pressure of the new job must have hurt your head badly. _________________ Mudtrail - Singletrack, Freeride and Downhill in the South East

Piers it looks fun but, I spent to many years runing and have no knees left
did you know when you run down hill you put 33 times your body weight on to your knee joint
