Gotta keep this trail a secret as it kepps getting buggered by kids!

They are Nokon gear cables- believe it or not i've had them on there for 8 years!!!!! Worth the £40 i paid for them surely! I've only replaced the inners and they've outlasted 3 bikes now.........
The Intense Spider i ride is officially the best bike i've ever ridden (had it for nearly 2 years now) for general trail riding, some might say XC????
Although i've done Bedgebury North Shore on it (with SPD pedals!) and Aston Hills a couple of times.
