Got any tips to get the best out of this type of riding?
This is a thread for exchanging various riding techniques.....
Example: Picking a line when in a corner and sticking with it. Leave the brakes throughout the turn! Braking is for entering and exiting only!

to be honest you need to be competitive for singletrack otherwise ull never get anywhere!
as i have learnt since i have started biking with heff, bruce and jim.
plus is it just me when someone goes past that u feel rele annoyed and have to catch up and take them over? |

yeh i get that urge, but then the only person i've ever had overtake me is Bruce so it might just have been cos it was him.
my tip is to keep low, keep the bike pushed into the ground so that you always have as much traction as possible. _________________ |

very true...but unless you can go faster than Jim i will still be able to faster than you on the SS, can't wait till i have the Norco finished, might be able to beat bruce when i have some gears to help
actually, there is another tip, in singletrack/XC gears really help if you wana go fast. (so do 26" wheels) _________________ |
