I'm working on a new website called Mudtrail. Weener wanted it to be called Mudsluts, but that would be no good because there are no sluts that I'm aware of (except for Weener) only trails, downhill and freeride.

Have a look:  Mudtrail - Singletrack, Freeride and Downhill in the South East

I got the hump with them badly after spending close to 2000 with them in a year but still spoken to with carelessness and indifference. I don't expect grovelling, just an ordinary level of politeness and I repeatedly didn't get that. There were some workshop blunders as well that were also handled pretty badly.  I went back because I had little other choice recently and was pleasantly suprised when they handled a tricky problem well.

i could sympathise with you until about a year with you until the guys there finally decided i'd earnt their respect... since then i've not paid rrp on anything and got great treatment... they let me pick up my bike at 6pm after closing the other day after a quick free service!
As for the workshop i think they're great.. your unlucky if you get your bike done by one of the younger twats (had a certain guy fuck up my campagnolo gears when i bought my last bike) but Gary is one of the best mechnics out their, trained by tour de france mechanic Ken Bird..
I believe in supporting your LBS too...
i'm doing a ride with the guys their soon.. should be fun.
by the way- it helps to have shaved legs when you walk in that shop! aha

The guys have always been really helpful to me, even over the most trivial questions and minor of parts. Went in this afternoon for an 8mm boly and noticed a serious lack of leg hair!!!  Laughing EUROBOY!
