Anyone got any advice on a decent Mech disc brake for my DMR?
Currently running an old Avid Mech Brake on the rear but it seems pretty sketchy even for a new set of pads bedding in.

Yeah a few have said the BB7's are good. I've got a old set of Avid's on there at the moment. There's always Hydraulic but I didn't want the expense for a second bike and can't be arsed to mess about with them.

If you want mechanicals then what Heffers said is it. You can pic up hydraulics for cheap now and from being a mechanic for a year would say go hydraulic any day as its a lot lower on the maintenance as well as better power etc. But is entirely up to you.
