There are several ways of doing this but this one works well enough:

1. Set up an account with a photo hosting site (in this example: www.photobucket.com ) (free hosting)

2. Select the file upload option on the site.

3. In the upload window you will be able to find the photo wherever you saved it on your PC.

4. When you have found it, select it and 'upload'.

5. When the site re-loads the page with the uploaded image, you will have 3 code options available. Select the one which says 'IMG' with a single click. This should then tell you the code has copied.

6. In your forum post, click inside the area, then hold down the 'Ctrl' key with the 'v' key.
