An age old war between energy drinks and coffee. Perhaps this could be a general mtb topic, but does this apply most when focussing on tight balancing skills on skinnies?
Let us know your thoughts on why you have your preferences (any particular brand you swear by?)

Not sure about energy drinks but I rate gatorade and similar rehydration drinks. Energy drinks only give you a short burst heh? As for coffee, I heard somewhere that you should drink it about 20mins before a ride and it'll boost your day.
But at the end of the day as long as you have a decent breakie and drink loads of water when you're out then you should be just as on the ball... |

Ibuprofen? That'll do you liver good!

I drink more coffee in general though I suppose it would have to be energy drinks for riding but I hardly ever have 'em. Usually stick to a good old bottle of adam's ale!
