There's a small area of woodland where there's been a few MX tables and berms for years. I'm having some ideas about adding some more features incorporating the stuff that's rideable. Whatever is built will have to be substantial and made of dirt and logs rather than shore as this is an area that attracts the occaisional stolen moped.
There's alot of fallen wood in the area and plenty of convenient areas to take barrowfulls of dirt from.
Anyone who lives in the area and is interested, PM me and we'll go and have a look.

I'd love to have somewhere in TW to ride so I dont have to drive all the time.
However, if this area attracts stolen mopeds then I assume it also attracks the riders of stolen mopeds, which is generally a problem for dirt jumps etc - ie it shortens their lifetime considerably.
In other words, I'll help build them with pleasure, but not if they stand a good chance of being knocked down straight away.
I guess there's only 1 way to find out.
Where is it? |

Rob, it's probably about 10-15 mins pedal from your house in the Pembury direction. I have one run in a slightly more secluded space that I've already built. I can show you that and also the place nearby I'm thinking of putting some time into.
Come round sometime soon, maybe an evening next week and you can have a ride and scope out potential. _________________ Mudtrail - Singletrack, Freeride and Downhill in the South East

Went last night and Lem's track is good fun, given the location and the fact that he started from scratch.
Need a working party to make a few improvements and then it will be good for a quick evening session locally.
